Unless there is some off label use that isn’t being discussed online this stuff (which isn’t used in UK) would normally only be prescribed to someone who has something wrong with them, has loads of sideeffects, no “image/body enhancing” qualities and both treatment and withdrawal should be done under medical supervision.

Some of the risks I read about are genuinely life threatening.

Is the USA really in such a bad state the OP cannot get access to affordable basic healthcare? Are there no organisations around even like faith group linked charities that s/he could approach to get funding for a doctor?

Also it is best to explain what “snorts” are – The users here are in any part of USA, Europe and Asia and slang terms for drugs vary between districts and countries.

Also you mentioned elsewhere having other crhonic health problems, if at all possible its best to discuss any addiction treatment with your GP (hopefully they don’t charge loads extra)..
