Hello, not sure how active this forum is but i’m looking everywhere for answers. Better safe than sorry; well, however safe one can be with these things.
A little background:
I’m depressed, severely mentally ill, on 7 different psych meds, and i need something that will make me feel a little bit better every once in a while cause my hobbies don’t bring me joy anymore. I don’t tend to get addicted; left cigarettes by saying “this is the last one” and left alcohol against my own will but have been sober from over 2 years now (wow).
I only want a small buzz so that i can stop feeling like shit all the time. Maybe once a week AT MOST and i know i have to be very careful because of all the meds im on.
Also, it has to be easy to get and as discreet as possible, as im being monitored by my dad who apparently likes playing prison guard cause he keeps coming into my room while im not there and moving my shit around. Yes my psychiatrist said i have to be monitored, but my dad is just an asshole and doesn’t think i should have privacy. but ok i’m not here to vent
I’m researching a lot and checking on the drug interaction site, but there’s so much to look at that i don’t know where to look.
Could you please recommend me some OTC, herbs, and other easy to get and discreet things? i know how to hide stuff but if its discreet is better. Also please keep in mind i live in Chile, so brand names won’t do it, just tell me the drug name itself.
