UK : NE : Trouble up at treasure hunt.. Multiple metal detector enthusiasts in Yorkshire were taken ill after eating a cannabis spiked cake. A lass from County Durham has been nicked on suspicion of serving it up.

Best way to cook with bud? How much ganj do i need? Im trying to avoid the session this weekend so Im just gonna stay in and get stoned. I've got a horrible cough though and don't really wanna be smoking so I was wondering what's the best method for making space cakes or hash brownies or whatever

Monster Marijuana Cookies! This recipe will make about 36 cookies per batch.
Ingredients needed for this recipe are as follows:
*1/2 cup, or 115 grams, of cannabutter, softened. (for added potency, you can drop hashish into the butter at this stage.)
*3 eggs
*1 cup granulated sugar
*1 jar (12 ounce) of smooth peanut butter.
*1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
*1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste.
*2 tablespoons baking soda (NOT powder)
*4 1/2 cups quick-cooking (NOT instant) oatmeal.
*1/2 cup chocolate chips
*1/2 cup M&M's.
*1/4 cup raisins (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Add salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and the softened cannabutter. Continue to mix well.
4. Add remaining ingredients-baking soda, oatmeal, chocolate chips, M&M's, and raisins.
5. Mix VERY thoroughly!
6. Use spoon to drop balls of cookie dough about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely and do not over-bake. Cookies should still be soft and slightly gooey.
8. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
9. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
Enjoy responsibly and remember not to over-eat!
Hearty meals with a difference……. Now, in this place (i give no indication as to my current location, so guess) I'm in currently, I've been thinking of some hearty meals that could benefit/do with some 'erb. Firstly, you've got the Lancashire hot pot, a staple classic comfort food, meat, veg and light broth. Lovely. Now, stick a 20 bag of high grade in, and volaa......a meal and a show. Then we've got bangers and mash, another classic comfort food that can be enhanced with erb, be it ganja onion gravy or home made bangers with ganja and leek in them (my fave, yum yum!), but if you wanna impress people, go with ganja cheddar mash. YES. ganja cheddar mash, the weed binds with the cheese and milk, then the whole thing turns green! well worth a try i say.
Alternatively we could go down the artsie fartsie route, but I'm not on that flex.....
Anyway, Most comfort foods are generally quite fatty and have a good level of bindable ingredients within them, so in theory as long as the THC has something to cling to, you can eat all your favourite things (within reason, dem hips!).
One of my favourite things to do with erb is to use it in a pudding, melting a Terry's chocolate orange in a glass bowl and mixing in a, large shall we say, amount of weed, and keeping heated enough so the THC binds of cause, but just stick the chocolate orange weed sauce of top of a strudel. trust me, it sounds odd (and is) but its really nice, the chocolate gives the strudel a new dimention, then the orange world with the strudel and the chocolate, then the weed give it all a naughty twinge.
At some point I'll pull my finger out and get round to making another 'the pudding formally known as strudel'. But without the Terry's chocolate orange.
Stores need weed Idk how many times I've thought about this... So what weed is illegal, idgaf, you should still be able to go to the store and buy a candy bar, brownies, cookies with weed in it. It takes the smoking variable out of it leaving us a healthy snack we can enjoy the rest of our day, no one harmed and besides if fatty food like chocolate and stuff are allowed in stores why not make it something healthier and more enjoyable with weed in it. Or restaurants they serve stuff like big giant fatty and greasy burgers and they can't serve people a small tray of brownies with weed in it (idk how European food is...probably not as bad as here although i dont eat that shit anyway) What has this world come to!?

Deezl’s Simple, Potent Cannaoil! Right, so for all you who didn't know (the majority i think..) i'm a budding chef as well as a fuckload of ther stuff. I have many fingers in many different pies so to speak :weee:
Anyways, for this recipe you will need:
An oil high in fats (I use Extra virgin olive oil, as it tastes better, and is healthier but with a high fat content) But you can also use vegtable oil/coconut oil.
An oven proof dish (Preferably quite small)
Tinfoil
An oven (Da fuq you here for if you don't have an oven?)
Some buds (I use 0.5-1g, but i'd reccomend starting at 1g and using that as a benchmark as it is highly dependent on your tolerance. I've use 0.5 before and got so couchlocked i could barely move. Used 1g and i passed out and woke up insanely fucking high so i just laid in my garden listening to deep house in the sun.. just try it!)
1. Preheat an oven to 120 celsius.
2. Grind the buds and place in your ovenproof dish. Put tinfoil over the top tightly, so that no vapours etc. can escape.
3. Place in the oven for atleats 20 minutes. The longer the better, as this is the decarboxylation stage which turns inert forms of the THC into actual THC, increasing the potency.
4. Remove buds after desired amount of time. Leave for ~5 minutes to cool down and allow vapours to settle.
5. Add oil - just enough to cover the bud, plus a little bit more to take into account what will be lost. (I figure more is better then less.. although don't use to much as it will diliute it)
6. Turn oven to 160 celisus, add the oven dish (With tinfoil on it tight once again) and leave to cook for 30/40 mins.
7. Remove an allow to cool - keeping the tinfoil on top again.
I've personally eaten it with;
Noodles, Ravioli and plain. By far it was much nicer with the noodles & sweet chilli sauce. It tastes like absoloute fucking shit, be warned.
You CAN strain it, but personally i just eat the bud cause why the fuck not.
Space cakes Hey me and my mate are thinknig of baking a space cake, using all our left over stalks, bits of bud and what ever else we can find.
Just wonderd what the best method is for it, and how much etc. We heard that bob the builder cake mix is good to use and using the canabutter method is chopping all the weed up and mixing it with butter letting it set then readding it to the mix.
If anyone can give any tips or walk throughs be very helpful.12

Charity cake spiked with cannabis
Three children were taken to hospital after their grandmother gave them cakes from a cancer charity stall without knowing they were spiked with cannabis.
The children, aged five, four and 14 months, felt giddy and spent six hours under observation in a Swansea hospital. Two people were arrested.
Their grandmother, who has not been named, bought half-a-dozen cakes at a charity event at a Port Talbot hotel.
Police said the charity knew nothing about where the cannabis came from.
She was told that the cakes may have contained a special ingredient and only meant to be sold to people who were specifically aware what was in them

The grandmother gave the cakes to her daughter after taking them home from an event at the Dunes hotel in the Sandfields area, which was selling a wide-range of food to raise money for charity.
Det Insp Wayne Thomas, of South Wales Police, said: "Some time later her daughter and three grandchildren ate the cake and started to feel queasy.
"The children's mother rang the hotel and said 'what was in those cakes? We're all feeling funny'.
Accident and emergency
"She was told that the cakes may have contained a special ingredient and only meant to be sold to people who were specifically aware what was in them.
"It was then the family realised they may have been laced with cannabis."
The children were detained at the accident and emergency department of Singleton Hospital.
"Fortunately, they were not in any danger and there will be no lasting effects," said Det Insp Thomas.
Two people arrested on suspicion of the possession and supply of drugs were released on police bail for three weeks.
Det Insp Thomas said: "We are anticipating further arrests and our investigations are continuing."
"I would emphasise that the charity had no knowledge of the incident and was not involved in any way."
