Got sum bud at the moment where you just cannot pull it through a bong! When you burn it you get this wierd reaction where somthing starts to solidify and then is just left in the bottom of the cap as little rocks. Its proper weird, when you finish a mix a small pile of sandy/glassy/shiny shit in the bottom of the tray!!WTF?

from the description you give (particularly that it it is more difficult to burn) I think it may be this stuff

easy to obtain, not as visible as fine sand or other bulking agents, solidifies into crystals (which some mistake for THC crystals!) and is fairly dense (2.4g / cm3) so would increase the weight of the draw… :yakk:

i remember someone on here saying they bought some skunk that had sand added to it and thought they were crystals till they looked a bit closer.

but would the temperature of a bong actually be enough to fuse sand into glass (as Tek Offensive is mentioning something “melting” and “solidifying”???

Not sure GL wrt sand; thats why I asked him to see if it disssolved in water [sand wont, silica will] as silica crystals can look glassy when totally dried out at high temperatures

I had some skunk similar to this a few weeks back. Bought an ounce thought it looked really nice and crystally. Deal was a quite small cause it weighed on really heavily. When you looked closer the crystals looked like lime green sand. It smoked wierdly, got you really stoned, however was really heavy on the chest. It definitely has something added because when I ground some of this bud up it sounded like u were grinding sand/grit together…. not a good sound. I found taking all the dodge crystals off and just smoking the bud was alright. I will stress though the bud was REALLY heavy a 10 deal lweighed on like a henry!

i got given a little bag of similar stuff by my mate bcz she sed she cudnt smoke it. it smelt n looked the part i had a spliff prob had about three drags b4 i chucked it. every toke had to b relit n i had all this grity stuff crunchin in my teeth!! binned the lot was well dodgy!

Bin talking to a few people at uni an they are sayin that theres some of this stuff goin round. So sounds like its widespread stuff.

this stuffs been knocking around for a while now its just scummy dealers trying to make even more money by coating bud with various stuff to make it look more cystally

best advice i could give anyone is grow your own stone then you know its not been messed with
