I know people who did but they stopped when the UK made them illegal

internet purchases have a big data trail with validated and traceable addresses at each end – not the best method to obtain an illegal commodity

this sort of thing brings you to the attention of HM Revenue and Customs – they are worse people to get on the wrong side of than cops as they have more powers, sometimes more “brains” (and surveillance) and been around far longer..

being done for importing is worse than personal use or buying anything off a street dealer, especially for if/when you want to travel to foreign countries later in life..

that was the remaining loophole used by the on-line sellers from around 2001-2005 – then the UK Government closed it in July 2005…

until very recently the same loophole existed in the Netherlands but their government has closed it as well.

the wider problem is that because of the UN getting invovled, drugs laws are in fact viewed as international rather than a matter for each nation – even countries whose armies fight each other to the death over religion/culture/politics still are prepared to agree that recreational drugs use should be illegal :you_crazy
