I posted the following Poll on another forum and was a bit shocked at the results of the poll and some of the responses.

I’m interested if it will get the same response here so here goes…

This lad I know decided to give these other 2 friends of mine 2 drops of acid for the 1st time and then fucked off and left them.

I think this was bang out of order for a number of reasons;

1) They’ve never had any experience with any Psychadelics and the youngest of them (just turned eighteen) has only had a smoke a few times and done MdMa once.

2) The time he done MdMa, he ended up burning a massive smiley face into his arm with a cigarette because he got depressed about his ex.

3) Supposedy it was good acid which meant they had up to 500µg’s each for the first time.
I did about 150µg on a tab the first time I did it and it blew my mind. Most people I know started with a tab to be on the safe side.

4) He gave them it and then fucked off for the night, obviously not giving a fuck what happened.

I havn’t seen the geezer concerned yet but sent him a p.m calling him a cunt e.t.c…

He said they were adults and it was thier choice and to keep my nose out e.t.c..

Would you have given them the ‘cid?

yes they are adults,
and if they want to do LSD thats their choice –
but I dont think giving it to them and leaving them is responsible -esp as they seem not very experienced and have had a previous negative experience

thats not what friends do IMO :you_crazy

when we were younger (break out the violins :wink:)

there was always some one ‘straight'(ish) around in case it all went a bit tits up….

I wouldnt have given it to them unless they were close mates. also id have tried to give a very small dose to the guy that had had the bad experience before.
i dont think its irresponsible giving people stuff for the first time, just the fucking off and obviously not giving two shits is what ive got a problem with.

I’ve introduced a fair few people to some treats but I’d never consider giving acid to someone who I thought might react badly, and certainly not give 2 drops to anybody for thier first time. Madness :you_crazy

I did fuck up once though and accidently fucked me and my dad right up on some 2cb. We were in a right state and I felt pretty bad. Saying that It was funny seeing him talk absolute jibberish and cry with laughter at nothing :laugh_at:

Glad to see that there are some people around who keep an eye out for each other / /

The majority of people who responded to this thread on another forum just didn’t appear to have a conscious at all….

I think if it was me it would be playing on my mind if they were ok when I wasn’t there.

However, if they were up for it and wanted to do it then I can’t really say he is fully responsible for anything that goes wrong.

Well I didn’t vote because I rekon the poll results will be slightly missleading.

I would have given them acid, assuming Id had It and was experienced enough to. Id never leave anyone on It though.

I remember Introducing a few mates Into pills, and I made sure they had half to begin with, and made sure they knew exactly what they were gonna be feeling so that they didn’t get paranoid and what not.

No friend or general nice person would fuck off and leave someone like that knowing they could potentially have a really bad time.

To be honest, I’m a bit weary of ‘popping cherries’ with most drugs. I’m the kind of person who’d feel very responsible if something bad happened to someone and it was me who’d given them it. People who are already experienced, I don’t mind, they know what they’re getting into.

Basically its a selfish thing, I’d rather be enjoying myself when I take drugs than looking for some kid who’s spun out on his first acid trip or whatever. 😉

Shame on the guys for taking the acid without knowing what they’re in for, double shame on the guy who gave it to them.

Glad your friends are ok!
