    I do, every now and again, suffer from the post pill blues. I also want to do what i can, within reason, to avoid potential damage to my lovely brain.

    I’ve been looking on the internet for peoples advice/research that has been done but it varies a lot and some people seem to spend all their time/money on taking everything holland and barrett have to offer! I thought i would ask on here for peoples ideas.

    I know all about making sure i eat my oranges but any suggestions gratefully received.

    haha… erm bananas are good for you. 5HTP also work at bringing the happy back but don’t take them till after you’ve crashed. Basically they are the precursor to serotonin so they will help replenish the happy.

    Kewis are good for you. also i find stuff to do even if you can’t be arsed to moveits worth just going and getting some air.my mate swears by those 5htp things though but i try not to take pills unless nessasry.

    5htp i wouldnt suggest relying on this stuff to get you through but i would advise possibly moving onto mdma … purer and less harsh on your body … 5htp and adam go hand in hand … :love:

    with this advice i should get my 5 a day covered :bounce_g:… not to mention the healthy drinking of water and non-stop dancing exercise – My body is a temple!

    I do agree that getting off your arse and doing something helps – a good run for example, even going to work can be good!

    oh i should say i do drink alot of green and peppermint tea also works for me i have one in the morning with some lemon i dunno if it actually works but makes me feel better.
    You’ll probally laugh but i do 15 minutes meditation a day too

    one of the “holland and barrett” chaps also swore by green tea. definately worth a try.

    I think meditation is great – i just don’t have the patience!

    neither do i really thats why i only do 15minutes my friend does an hour a day. that would drive me loopy
