I know if I was on the “other side” interviewing a woman for whatever this test is for, and she has a full head of hair at the first interview and turns up looking like Sinead O connor or wearing a wig for the next one knowing there was goign to be a drugs test I’d take a very dim view of it, flag it as a blatant attempt to play the system and formally notify this attempt to my line manager – although if they are present as well as there are often two people watching (a two person interview room may have CCTV and microphones) they’d probably notice this straight away.
If I thought she was wearing a wig, I’d get a nurse to check this if the testing contract permitted this, or just assume guilt/bad intent.
but if she came up positive with a really small amount and admitted to one lapse then I’d be more likely to put in a good word for her. it may or may not change what the ultimate decision makers view is.
I’m not going to judge morgan for what she did as someone has already done that – nor delve too deeply into the circumstances (for all you know the people what are testing her could be reading this thread!) but she’s taken the risk and there are consequences.
Its a risk we all take to one extent or another when we do illegal drugs.
At least in Britain we live in a country where you don’t end up on the end of a rope if you are caught with them.
