I work in “support services” (finance / IT ) for elderly care.

K users only in their 20s are presenting with exactly the same genitourinary complaints and symptoms that people aged 60-100+ get…
Oh and every time you or your mate goes hospital or GP surgery saying “ooh, my insides hurt” and they know or suss out you are doing K, a note goes through (without your name) to the Drugs and Alcohol Action Team which is made up of representatives from the Police, NHS, and Council combined.
because of human rights/confidentiality this doesn’t of course mean you will get nicked, but info is being shared and what does happen is that they use the number of “problem drug incidents” to decide whether or not “nightlife events linked to drugs” get licensed and if so how many conditions (CCTV, dogs, iontracks) are put on licenses and it also is a factor in how harsh the cops are on things like free parties…
was reading a news report of a raid on a squat in Reading and TVP were definitely checking with the iontrack for ketamine and MDMA as well as the nastier drugs (crack, smack)
its not just yourself you may be hurting..
