Police use manpower, dogs vs. Spring Scream drug use
PINGTUNG, Taiwan — Pingtung police yesterday revealed a plan to crackdown on illegal drug use at this year’s Kenting Spring Scream music festival starting this Friday with up to 1,000 officers and seven drug-sniffing dogs, one for each of the seven separate concert areas.
