as far as I knew xanax was an anti anxiety drug not a sleeper, used in the drug scene to stop bad trips or chill you out after long sessions being wired

does it actually help you sleep?

valiums get you to sleep and wind down a trip but stay in your system for ages, in some people it has a half life for 20 hours!

I hear zopiclone is the best way to get to sleep, very short half life and fast acting

valium has quite a long half life (up to 50 hours) which can be useful but if you don’t want to be feeling groggy in the morning then xanax is definatly the way forward

It does the same and i don’t see why valium is more harmful then xanax

Feel quite fine to tell the truth and a lot of these things i was re-dosing a fair bit. Might of missed a few out.

Etizolam and Xanax are both nice ;d
