I used about 5 layers of kitchen roll… Just don’t go too quickly and don’t let too much weight accumulate. You can always do it again afterwards or as many times as you like! I only had about 4 or 5 left when I did it (half pint of water) and it looked like a large amount of Paracetamol was filtered.
I did take 3 before without filtering and my guts ached slightly for a few hours. Nothing major, but probably the paracetamol. Not a good idea of course. Afterwards with the larger amount, filtered, I felt nothing and only pleasantness!
I don’t think clothing would be suitable though, most is too pourus In my opinion. The layers of kitchen roll was pretty slow draining, which was a good sign of course.
