liquid -> crystal is performed by spreading the liquid out over a large surface area and letting it crystalise naturally as the water evaporates. This is done for transportation/selling (so when you sell it the buyer can tell crystals looks genuine, which is harder for liquid/powder)
liquid -> powder is done by gently cooking it (and stiring/grinding with a spoon) until you have powder.
If you have liquid and want to snort the stuff there is no point getting it into crystal form at all, just bung it on a frying pan and evaporate the water
and for the record, ketamine cannot evaporate at the sort of temperatures used to cook it up, just do it in a frying pan on a low temperature, make sure it doesnt bubble/spit and you wont need to cover it with a plate or anything. Ive weighed before/after with this method and nothing was lost. Also ketamine does not degrade until it gets *rediculously* hot so dont worry about that
