It depends on why it is in that form.

If it’s been soaked in water by a dealer to inflate the cost then heat it gently. If you can’t warm a plate (like in a hotel room), then use the coffee machine heater, heat the glass and turn it over.

It could be that the chemist didn’t do a great job of his synth and the final stage wasn’t completed, and you have a volatile form, in which case you will not be able to dry it properly, but will still get the same effects when taken parenternally, orally or rectally.

For future refference, chop it as thinly as possible onto a mirror or whatever, leave it a few mins, then chop it again as thin as you can. The key is to expose as much of the putty to the air as poss. If you can do it with a razor it’s better. It can be made dry enough to rack up within a few minutes if done right.

Yeah, I’m sure the OP has long since done whatever, but amphetamine (and meth for that matter) has excellent bioavailability by any route, eating it will get you just as high.
