If taking any drugs which have hepatic side effects get some test-at-home kits and stop using wikipedia and the lairy bloke in the pub to understand medicine 😉
512 are 5mg oxy pills. Personally I wouldn’t take them at all, with or without alcohol. But you’ve brought them to get high I guess as on a drugs forum and alcohol increases that.
