I havent read the whole article yet, or any of the links on there, but at least i know what it’s called now, have a basic idea what its about, and can seek some further advice on it, and hopefully ultimately, get to try this! A glimmer of hope over yonder, perhaps. . . ?!
Big thanks to you again. I’ve got an appointment with someone next week (cognitive therapy) – i’ll sound him out and will also ask my gp about it too. I will definitely come back with an update or two – whichever way this goes, in case it’s useful for anyone else who reads this.
