Hi I was wondering if anyone here on this forum knows what the safest way to take ketamine is as we all know the risks of sniffing this drug as it leads to cystalization in the stomach and therefor K cramps follow.
I also known that when you IM/IV ketamine it bypasses the bladder so would this route also mean no K cramps therefor making injection a safer means of taking this drug. Of course infection, abscesses and unpure ketamine all leads to a risk on it own.
Taking drugs is a risk you take and the side-effects are all part of the package. Snorting K in the short-run like on a night in/out should be fine. K Cramps and only start happening if you take compious amounts of it im guessing.
Up the nose it is!
people get cramps from injecting k, the body rids k through the bladder. the safest way to take ketamine is to take it and flush it down the fucking toilet.
on a more realistic harm reducing note if you take a small amount every 1-2 weeks you won’t experience any problems (unless your body reacts really bad to k) i read this on erowid as it takes about 1-2 weeks to completely leave your body.

Where did you get this information from…
i’ve read of im/iv k addiction on squatjuice.com and tbh it sounds fucking grim as fuck. one guy was using 200 needles a week and the doctor said if he don’t stop in a few months his arms would be amputated and he’d probably die…. i didn’t follow the story as i hate that site but i’d much rather just stick the stuff up my nose than have any shit like that happen.

I was never been a constant user of the stuff but did use it reasonably regularly from 2004-2005 and never had any long term health problems. I did always make me feel like shit for a few hours/days afterwards which was why I got bored of it.

I cannot quote on where I got this information from as I posted this thread more as personal research not because I actually use ketamine and it might be handy for people who do use said substance.
I am pretty sure it is mentioned on quite a few sites about injecting ketamine (I am looking into this now and will update if I find any factual info)
I know I have heard users saying this but as we all know it is not always reliable information.
I’d guess that every ‘waste’ product goes through liver and kidneys and either bowel or bladder –
I wouldnt think the route of administration would matter once it is inside?
I may be wrong as its a long old time since I studied biology – be interesting to know

Not quite sure what you mean but there is enough unreliable information out there already in all honesty adding to it is unlikely to help anyone.
as for the exact way it’s rid from the body i can’t say i fully know but i know for a 100% fact that people who inject still get cramps.

you can be relativity sure as TG and others have said that toxins can only leave the body one of two ways (excluding gases) so its a relativity safe bet that injecting will not save the day. But who knows I am no Doctor

would expect so as it all ends up in your blood stream in the end, no matter how you put it in.
and as ketamine is a noncompetitive inhibitor, it’s not going to be used up by your body when it does it’s stuff so has to leave it some how. and it probably all leaves in the same way, so thinking of it that way (im not a doctor either but i just finished studying how these kind of chemical work for my exam tomorrow) then however you get it into you, you should have the exact same side effects. right? nothing would change at all.
