ahoy mah friends how are things I hope all cool, chill meets relax very fresh say hey
I was wondering if any of you guys knows how much would be the average time that a person can
keep in storage bottles of liquid lsd before the acid itself expires ?? cause I have heard that the main impact
of degradation on a drug is a loss of potency, or does it never expires ? since most drugs
are subject to some form of degradation with time. Chemical, physical or microbial degradation of the
drug. Can anyone inform me regarding this I would much appreciate the info
there is no expiry date for acid, if you can keep it at the right temperature (cold) it’ll be fine. how much are you getting if it’s a small amount i really wouldn’t worry.
cold and DARK! … it reacts with light.
agreed with kff it last time you take it all 😉
does it gets more concentrated as time goes by ??
i kept 3 dalai lamas since about nov-dec in foil and cling not in a fridge, think it probably weakened a tiny bit but was still fine. would’ve been perfect if kept cold but this room gets damn hot at times.
keep it cold and dark and it stores indefinitely
extract from article on Erowid….
“An unopened, brown-glass vial of 1951 Sandoz LSD-25 (Delysid) was contributed to a gathering in celebration of Albert Hofmann’s 100th birthday. The vial had been in the possession of a single person for the last 30+ years, stored casually, mostly in darkness. When opened, the powder was a very light brown-sugar to salmon color. One chemist described the fluffy, clumpy, sparkly crystalline powder as looking like “crushed needles”. It was weighed and dissolved into four-ounce liquid doses containing between 100 and 110 micrograms each (± 10%). Although the vial was completely sealed, without cracks, one of the major questions was whether there would be significant loss of potency by degradation as a result of the 55 years that had passed since it was manufactured. After trying it, the predominant opinion among the more than 70 participants and observers was that there was no detectable loss in potency. This was the clearest result from the reported experiment: air-tight brown glass appears to be a very effective long-term storage method for LSD. After 55 years, stored at varying room temperatures, the LSD seemed to be fully potent.”

Bear in mind this was crystal and not dissolved in alcohol. This could be a more stable form.
I think it’s more robust then most people give it credit for. Keeping it out of sunlight is the important bit.

i’ve read the full sandoz lsd report and yes i also think that a full gram of crystal LSD would store a lot better than liquid and blotters.
I was once told that if you shake LSD crystals in a glass container you can see it spark as the bonds break.
