it may be a stalk from cannabis (although usually it is more green) but the good stuff would have already been smoked. if you found it in the street or where stoners congregate but where cops stop check people it would make more sense to throw this in the gutter than risk getting busted for it (although would be more eco friendly to put it in the proper trash bin)
it could equally be some sort of bark/spices, commonly and legitimately sold in many Asian groceries, but it won’t get you high. The young Asian dude at the store is unlikely to help you unless you can gain his trust (he might well be a raver though, but would take the same pills as everyone else does) :laugh_at:
