firstly you and any of your friends who are also taking the same drugs should make sure the xtc-pill is from a good source and contains MDMA, not any other stuff like PMA which can be dangerous. there are testing centres but it seems now you have to send the stuff in a few days in advance (no longer allowed at the party venues). Same with the 2C-B as it seems like the test centre will test that as well.

What I do agree with them saying is that the biggest risk is from a bad trip. I’ve seen some young people in England have bad trips from 2-CB combined with other substances. they did not die nor were their lives in any danger but it was clearly a very unpleasant experience for them. Often it is simply because they did too much of the 2-CB when a bit less they would have been fine.
Perhaps just 1 of these 2-CB pills if you also take XTC, and find out as much about both as possible. you are very lucky in your country to have places where they test the purity and do not ask too many questions.
