So I tried 60mg of AMT about a fortnight ago, got it in tablet form and felt pretty much fuck all (after reading on erowid 60mg is a ‘strong’ dose). So I’m going to try it again, gonna get 500mg and maybe a bit of smoke. I was just wondering about the dosage and how potent it can be.

If I do the whole 500mg will I fuck myself up?

How long should I wait between each line and how long does it take for the first dose to kick in?

How intense should I expect it to be?

Doesn’t sound like you have AMT. I got mine as a powder, and 50mg was enough to have me tripping for 8 hours, and feeling the effects for a good 16 or so :weee:

a) If it was AMT, then yes I reckon 500mg would fuck you up if you took it all at once. But as it doesn’t sound like it is… who knows what 500mg of this mystery tablet/powder will do.
b) You’re snorting it? No idea, I ate mine, and felt it after an hour, with a peak of the trippyness around 3 hours onwards.
c) I haven’t got a proper baseline to compare it to (not tried acid yet) but in order of effect I got melting/flowing of patterns, trails, hallucinations, kalaidescopes of light/dark ridges, fascination with colours and high-contrast complex objects, halos around trees… it was really beautiful and enjoyable without being too bizarre.

Don’t do 500mg! That would get very very dangerous, aMT has one of the lowest LD50s; 38mg/kg in rats and 22mg/kg mice!

Oral seems to be the best route of administration. Average does is around 30mg without tolerance and the come up takes about 1-3 hours depending on the person. The effects keep building up slowly; you won’t reach the peak until about 6 hours from administration, and takes about 12 hours to start feeling normal again/be able to sleep.

Anyone here know anything about 4-Me-AET? I’m thinking of ordering a half g of the stuff, but I’d like to know what standard dose and LD-50 is. Also, hear it’s like AMT, but more chill.

The best and real aMT comes as a light tan brown powder as freebase and even 30mg will have you feelin’ good. If you wanna get into the trippy side of things, then 50mg+ will easily do. I’ve read about someone doing 100mg in one but I would highly advise against it. Its quite a potent chemical and has a more stimulant feel compared to other typtamines. Still definetly a typt though.

500mg in one night would be an extremely stupid idea. Also, dont snort it. You will get better effects from bombing this beauty than sniffing it. Come up can take around 1.5-3hrs and last as long as 10hrs for a 30mg dose with tapering down effects.

Be safe and have fun. I recommend bombing 40mg and waiting a few hours. 😉

I concur with psychonaut, 40mg is a niice dose to do. I find having toothpaste handy is useful cause I feel the metallic taste it leaves in my mouth is somewhat insipid in comparison to other tryptamines I’ve done…..just a thought…

If he really wanted to he could chase it and smoke some aMT. Never done it before but its supposed to be MUCH more intense with a much faster onset. Start with small 10mg doses and work up if you wanted to do that though.
