So, I ordered what was advertised as MXE on this site I was trying out. Got here in good time, professionally packaged.

I open it up and pull out a little sample. It appears to be fluffier by far than any MXE I’ve ever gotten. The taste was very bitter, moreso than I’m used to.
When insuffalated, there was a very sharp pain, like a 2C pain. It was definitely a dissociative, but as far as body load goes, it was more on the DXM side (obviously it wasn’t DXM, the dosage was all wrong for that).

There’s no way of knowing how much I put in me, but after the trip, I ended up vomiting and discovered blood coming from my sinuses. That’s no bueno.

I after a reset, I tried an oral dose and had a wonderful time.
Just wanted to know if anyone could help me identify this, or would have any insight as to what it could be. Anyone else get “not quite MXE”? Anyone have any experience with other dissociative RCs on the market?

Have you contacted the vendor? If not I would get on the phone or keyboard asking what the hell they sent you. Do think it could.have been a bad batch?

Name & shame the supplier, I dont use that stuff myself but many here do and they deserve fair warning if a dodgy batch is on the market. Many of these chems have no quality control and are mixed ( padded out ) by suppliers with all sorts, if we dont watch each others backs no one else is going too

See the vendor has a 9.8 on SafeorScam, and as of today have reports of their MXE being top quality stuff. I don’t want to release the vendor name here, as that’s against the rules. But I contacted them via privnote, and it hasn’t notified me that they’ve read it yet, at the least. So I’m just waiting on a response.
Like I said, recent SoS reports say it’s real and good. But MXE has never stung me insuf before, and certainly hasn’t made me vomit. My fiance seems to think there are two different MXE isomers, one which causes nausea and huge hangovers, one which doesn’t. I don’t know, but I’d like to know what I put in me, and if I wasted my money or can keep using this orally.

Also, blood. That was a scary thing to vomit while tripping. Even if it was just from the sinuses.

Nasal membrane heals super fast, I should know, I have two nose piercinge and used to be a ketamine fiend….so thats not the main concern, the concern is them clearly selling the stuff with some caustic additives…..

Yeah, which makes me wonder… Do the guys on SoS take that “not for human consumption” shit seriously? Does this vendor? I’ve heard reports of MXE being cut with salt or sugar to discourage insuffalation before, but have never crossed anything like this in my history of doing it.

probably a misidentification. happens even in legit healthcare when stuff is decanted out of its original containers. To a cynical Brit, adding salt or sugar (both of which are normally fit for human consumption in the correct context, our food isn’t really as bad as some stereotypical reports might claim) merely seems like a method to bulk out the supply of a more expensive (and now controlled) substance with a cheaper one.

That sounds more accurate. I’ll have to do a melting test when I get the proper equipment… MXE melts at 270°-273° C, and ovens are hardly accurate, but that is an abnormally high melting point, so it might be worth a look.

Could be 3-MeO-PCP. Its around the same potency as MXE, is a dissociative, normally comes as a white fluffy, clumpy powder and burns quite a bit more up the nose.

Just throwing it out there. It could be it.

That’s what I was thinking. I keep hearing that there are at least two different isomers of MXE, so it could be that, too. Lots of reports on SoS keep telling me it’s real MXE, but that was insane.

It was good stuff in lower, oral doses. Really felt like MXE then, but the higher the dose, the bigger the differences become.
Ah well, if I want Dissociative Unknown, I’ll go back to them. But not selling this stuff and not calling it MXE.
