Way too many folk think NL is some drugs paradise and “anything goes” when this is far from the case and Amsterdam is trying to shake off its reputation as the moral cesspool of the EU linked with many illegal activities. However coffeeshops traditionally have tried to distance themselves from chemicals which are associated with harddrugs, at least the old skool ones.
try here and look for “smartshops”. These would previously have sold paddo’s (magic mushrooms) and most likely to have branched out into the RC market, though from what I’ve seen so far on their websites they seem to have less active chemicals than what you can still legally get in the UK!
be aware too that stuff like mephedrone is as illegal in NL as the rest of the EU and that other RC’s of unknown blends can be a bit harsh on your body and mind.
