Weirdly mate, the same used to happen to me, especially the sneezing fits (usually when I was in bed almost asleep too, used to drive me spastic). U say you’re a heavy smoker, which leads me to believe you smoke blunts, pipes, bongs, or a combination of all 3, much like I used to. My sneezing fits actually stopped when I stopped doing the bongs & pipes etc. When I do smoke these days, I smoke normal spliffs, usually quite light ones at that & don’t get the sneezes any more. I know it’s difficult if you’re a heavy smoker, as you probably feel you need a pipe or bong before bedtime just to help you sleep, but when I stopped the bongs etc, the first thing I noticed was how much more awake I was in the mornings, was about another week or so until I realised that my old sneezing nemesis hadn’t reared its ugly head in a while.
