I dont know if these types of threads are allowed but didnt see anything in the house rules.

MOD EDIT: No selling drugs please. (We don’t have many rules, but no spamming and/or selling illegal drugs are some of the few we do have, prescription drugs with out a prescription (at least in the UK) are illegal so are classed as such)

I maybe wrong but dont think modafinil is illegal. Dont actually think its even reached english market yet. My mate buys his from honk kong

Yeah its not illegal.

Its basically an industrial strength version of Pro Plus and doesnt have any recreational value.

I know what it is mate and iv had it a few times, problem is very few others do know about it. I mentioned it on a thread when somebody asked for advice on how to keep going for consecutive nights Eing. General reaction by people is never heard of it. Even the producers aren’t certain how it works though so be careful

Ok well if you want to advertise legal highs then you need to PM Dr Bunsen and inquire about paying for advertising space. He’ll decided if it’s legal enough to be put up here as if there’s any discrepancy it can come back to the forum for allowing you. I’m not sure it’s worth you doing this for a few blister packs though.

its not a “legal high” as such but an accepted medicine in the UK, its classed POM (prescription only medicine) here and sales on a forum like this (which clearly tolerates and even encourages the use of illegal drugs and the diversion of pharmaceuticals) would be in breach of the Medicines Act in the UK and similar legislation in other countries.

Penalties for this are not much lower than supply class C and can include larger fines and even prison time.

really not worth it for a few strips.

I remember just before mephedrone etc became popular there was loads of this stuff about, as students, bodybuilders and IT staff want stimulants what don’t totally cane their mind and body, but people started being blatant about selling it and got closed down by MHRA….

there have been busts for medicines act with fairly harsh penalties including prison time for large scale sellers, particularly in city areas with a strong existing drugs culture.

Id like to point out the times ive used it were not for recreational purposes. I suffer with insomnia and have used to get me through work if I havent slept the night before.

Modafinils illegal to buy in the uk without a prescription, but its legal to import, just like if you were to go on holiday and bring it back with you.
