pills are very rarely pure MDMA – even the good ones often contain amfetamine and other substances. unless its real nasty shit like PMMA it won’t kill you and even then a single pill is unlikely to do you harm. What worries me much more is why you have to feel paranoid about your girlfriend knowing you take drugs.
a young woman shouldn’t normally be that judgemental about it, unless she has perhaps been abused by a drug using former partner or has had family problems due to a relatives drug use, in which case thats understandable, but that means you are going to have to always be paranoid about taking drugs if you like than and that won’t do your relationship any good.
if you have to take this stuff in secret, is there no place else you can hide out? though I had a look at where you lived and it would be maybe dodgy going too far as you’d need a vehicle and DUI is wrong and dangerous, also there’s probably bears and stuff and you don’t want your missus calling 911 thinking you or the dogs have been eaten or something like that.
If I were in the same situation I’d either try and be honest (this is your girlfriend, not your mum or the FBI), or stash the pill (well away from the dogs!!) and wait for an opportunity where you had a whole weekend alone, as this stuff and especially its after effects can last 12 hours or more – it would stretch even my skills (and I succesfully meowed with my cat) to try and convince a woman why I wanted to wander out into the woods with the dogs for hours in what might be unpleasant weather, even if you have a “den” like I thought all American blokes had she would wonder why you were spending so much time in there, and the dogs might also think you are plumb crazy too and that would give the whole game away.
the “flashpoint” isn’t so much the time you are high as you are more likely to come across as friendly and happy (though if its a massive mood change that can look suspicious) but when you come down, and perhaps your missus wants help with some chores and you are tired and irritable.. or just decide whether your relationship or the pill is worth more, though it seems really strange you would have to do this – aren’t young people alowed to be young any more?
