Judging from a sat map, best areas to meet people having leisure (fun) is the parks;-

Penn Valley, Brush Creek Parkway, Eastwood, Riverfront (bound to be heavily policed BUT could be a demarcation “not our turf” zone – some rivers are like that), Blue Valley. Kessler. Holland Park looks very exposed (then again, Holland the country is very exposed).

I have no idea exactly who you will meet there, but it’s very likely you will meet somebody with similar interests if you ask enough people.

You can “ALWAYS” score at “Margaret Kamp Park” at the corner of E. 10th and Harrison Street. We call it “Jurassic Park” because of all the addicts that sell/buy there at this shitty crap park. There are two port-O-potties there where everyone shoots up inside of and homeless folks lying around all in the park 24 hours a day. You’ll find what you need here, guaranteed, brotherman!!!
This “Margaret Kamp Park” is only a few blocks from the Greyhound bus station which is on Troost Avenue if this helps to give you an idea of roughly where this park is. Just ask anyone where “Jurassic Park” is in this geographical location and somebody will point you in the right direction. There are plenty of holes cut through the fence around this park also, which are good entry points instead of going into the park where the main parking lot is. The only authority personnel I’ve ever seen in this park are the city park clean-up crews and these guys are pretty cool with the homeless folks who live in this park. I’ve never seen any cops patrolling inside this park, either.
