Hi all ,

The details are not important but I want new users to NEVER make stupid mistakes like my brother …..

Simple shit like hydration , not mixing stuff , not drinking alcohol at the same time , not KNOWING IN ADVANCE the mental effects of what u are taking so u have a strategy to deal with the problem .

Thx 4 ur comments .

Details :

COKE , HEROIN , SPEED , ALCOHOL .

He mixed C,H AND S ( tablets ) BEFORE alcohol ( I was not there so I do not know what order he took the gear ) …..resulting in a FUCKED UP mental state that drove him to use a DIRTY NEEDLE ..her fukin KNEW was dirty …

And that is why he is dying now ….

AFOAF thinks if u use it is very important to understand that a mind full of drugs does NOT THINK …..usually it just says ….” everything is cool man ” …

ORGANISE the right place to do ur shit ……

AFOAF plans his use and organises his use …..BEFORE , DURING AND AFTER ….it is like religion to him …he uses incense as well !

If a shaman can , then I can too….

To AFOAF ICE use is like basejumping …AFOAF gets a kick out of NOT fucking up …AFOAF ALWAYS meditates and gets v v calm b4 AFOAF uses ..if somebody is in a bad state of mind ICE WILL 100% MAKE IT WORSE .V sad / V angry will get ALOT worse …

AFOAF eats big b4 , drinks water and v8 during and afterwards AFOAF uses happy 5 s or moggies STRAIGHT AWAY AT THE END …if paranoia comes as it DOES …AFOAF just tells himself ..forget it this is just ICE …..NOT my mind…..then the paranoia is GONE .

Save the BIGGEST lump to the end and take the sleepers straight after u smoke it ….AFOAF likes meth bongs …

AFOAF will not ( like my brother )…make a phone call and fuk off to see somebody who is NOT HYGIENIC with needles etc…. JUST TO GET ANOTHER HIT …

Hi all ,

I forgot to say that for safety IMO , NEVER binge alone …

It may not help anybody but the way AFOAF deals with his beautiful ICE is to work his arse off in the week and then smoke on the w / ends as a reward .

AFOAF never EVER leaves his house when he is on something …

AFOAF makes his whole life an addiction and I have many addictions …I am addicted to EXERCISE , TAI CHI , MEDITATION , REIKI as well …for real .

AFOAF makes ICE just 1 of many addictions so it does not get a chance to be ” the only one ” …and mindfuck him ..

Sorry , my mind is a bit fucked at the moment , PV is the first time I have told anybody about my brother .

Another tip , AFOAF does not like sore “meth mouth” so he puts cough lozenges in his meth bong water to get nice tastes coming thru .

AFOAF is going to run / exercise very fukin hard to and get his endorphines pumping …

Last post for a while ,need time out …lots of medicated sleep etc…..using ICE is a fukin big mistake now .

Wait till after long sleep .

AFOAF s opinion is the NUMBER ONE mistake for ICE is to use without having reliable sleep medication to take when finished .

Yrs ago AFOAF did …he cleaned the carpet with his fingers to find stray crystals and then did something very fukin stupid to get more money and then more ICE .

AFOAF made a mistake and learnt his lesson ……..AFOAF never forgets that night / days .

It strikes me that it wasn’t so much the drugs as the lack of care in abusing them.

Careless people do things without thinking about the consequences, and I’m sorry it’s your bro who has something heavy through carelessness.

Important lesson there – take care. Me, I think injections are PURELY medical necessity, going that route for recreation – “for kicks”, “for the buzz” – is playing with fire while drinking gasoline.

That doesn’t mean drugs can’t kill me, and people should be aware of what drug habits do and where they usually end up – a dead end, one way or another.

Healthy habits to avoid stress – no medication – is often the wisest route, but medicine and medical can heal as well as harm.

I really don’t know how I’m going to cope with saying the final farewell to what is left of my family – badly I suspect. Still, the living are more important than the dead, and if people didn’t die, there would be no space for new people.

wow thats a heavy thread im soo sorry to hear that about your bro, what kind of help is he getting? we (as in lots of us) have, forgive me if im speaking out of turn all gone a bit crazy and got way too messy. but in the back of our minds we kind of knew the risks first, education before you take these drugs is important and something that is lacking here and maybe in society? and it seems the info is only there after u get a problem or habit or have gone too far!! what shall we do about it?
your brother is having these problems because of bad choices and no or incorrect information about drugs and the dangerous combinations of them

Basically my bro got a blood borne virus because of a dirty needle ….mixing the drugs made him stupid / careless .

Normally he NEVER mixes his gear .

ANYWAY ….AFOAF wants new users to GET ADVICE BEFORE THEY USE ……It should be mandatory in all schools EVERYWHERE …

AFOAF does not care about stupid fukin rules( and TOO MANY hypocrites ) in life , BUT AFOAF does care about people .

AFOAF wants new users to NEVER :

1.Mix drugs that are a bad combination ,like H and C ( for my bro ).

2. Drink alcohol when taking drugs ( like my bro).

Maybe there could be a part of PV that ALL new users can go to for quick advice ….it might save somebodys life …
