It could be that you have a delicate digestion which doesn’t like the granularity – what you are trying to consume is too “rough edged” for your system. You could try grinding it real fine in a blender (that’s one way to make hashish – the resin tends to bundle up and cluster together when the herb is rubbed).
Another method is to soak the herb in alcohol (Hudson Bay’s maybe?) and then take a little spray from the extracted THC and CBDs.
A similar medication is available to a very few people in the UK. Google Sativex (here and on the web).
I just hope you’re not allergic to alcohol.
The dosage from Sativex is very low, about 1/6th of a spliff for a couple of squirts under the tongue.
“Hash oil”, the thick dark extract, is very very rich in both THC and CBDs – recommended dose per day is half a grain of rice, tiny little blobule. You can use it as a cake ingredient, although to get the dosage even, it’s usually best to add it to icing on cakes, rather than mixing it in (because that doesn’t evenly spread it.)
