Depends what happens, Obama could either take a zero tolerance approach, or let it slide.
If his first term is anything to go by, he’ll go in there guns blazing and lock everyone up. The feds will likley take the states to court to block the law coming in in the first place.
Or, since obama has now secured his second term, he could be lenient and just let it happen.
If it happens, it will change the game. If it doesn’t its a blow for democracy.
