Impersonating a police officer is a criminal offence. As you have committed a criminal offence in plain view of a subject of the Crown, I have the Common Law right to arrest you and detain you.
Now either get your warrant card out or sling your hook.
Remember this line when dealing with Community Support Officers. Just don’t swear at them. It’s a mind game. 😉
