  • Hello once again ~~~~

I’ve been battling opiates, (legit opiates), but opiates none-the-less and 36 hours ago I ran out and I was going nuts to beat all! Diarrhea and the whole nine yards and so I looked online a saw this recipe for poppy seed tea!
So, need less to say I went out and bought gobbs of poppy seeds, (generic brands), and came back home and so far have made two large batches of this not too foul tasting tea, which by the way is a milky color in nature and tastes sort of between motor oil and the back door of a Pet Smart store! But, all-in-all, it really doesn’t tastes all that terrible considering how bad I was feeling and it is actually starting to help my withdrawals. I was so skeptical at first knowing I’d be spending $30.00 on poppy seeds. I only wish I could have found a wholesaler who could have/will sell me in bulk next go round. Any clues as to what I may be doing wrong or right with making this helpful tea? Nothing’s worse than narcotic withdrawals! Gee
    Whitaker it’s terrible!

    Thanks, my friends,

I have had it, we got mega overcharged for the Opium though. LOL We tried smoking it on foil but no joy so we stuck it to some rizlas and made a brew. I even ate my rizla after LOL

good times though. First night I tried DMT too, but it was very shit that night sadly.

    Sad nursy

What is “DMT”? I’ve never heard of smoking poppy seed tea before. I’m now on my third tall glass of tea and it really is helping my liver cancer chronic pain! I told my doctor “NO MORE”! I was tired of running out of my pain pills then having to suffer immensely!
I wish I’d had known about this tea long before. I also just about an hour ago found a wholesaler who is going to sell me the poppy seeds by the bulk at $13.99 a pound and the other great thing is that they take EBT also!
This tea is just strong enough not to whack me out, yet it’s just enough to lower my pain level from around a level 8 down to a more manageable 4 to 5 pain level which is just about under control and I can live with that.
Thanks a lot for your very kind and compassionate reply.
I’ve lived as a recluse/hermit for the past five years and now I may just be able to go out and socialize which will also help my mental state.
    Thanks,

Well, this morning I went and bought a bunch of those little tiny point 8oz bottles, (17 to be exact), of “Tones” brand poppy seeds and these actually made me a better cup, rather glass, of tea than the other day. Just opening all those little bastard bottles was a beeotch!
    Anywhoofer, take care ~~~~~~

Shoestring im very sorry,However i know that if ur getting sick of opiates For ur pain,I dont know if its legal but Medical Marijuana.i had a grandmother who could not stand opiate pain pills.she had stage 4colon cancer 4tha 3rdtime in 10 yrs.she never smoked a day in her life untill then.but its For the acute pain.she still had to take a long acting opiate fentynyl patch.but she took to the Medical Marijana For acute pain,an she swore by it.just sonething to think about.best wishes

I’ve tried pot a few times, even the Alaskan Matanuska Thunderfuck variety, but pot has always made me very paranoid! It’s just not my bag, I guess.
So far tonight I’ve made four rounds with the seeds I bought at the grocery store in those .80oz bottles. Of course it keeps getting weaker with every batch, but earlier tonight I found unwashed poppy seeds on Amazon.com and you get two pounds for only $22.00! I also found a website that sells poppy pods that are unaltered, but they’re quite pricey at $129.99 for a half pound of these poppy pods.
So, come January 1st’s disability check I’m grabbing a half pound of these pods along with the two pounds of unwashed poppy seeds then I’ll try a hopeful better glass of tea. I hate the opiate pills/pain killers not only because of the hell I have to go through with my doctor to get them, but waking each morning having to chew up and swallow 80mg of Oxycontin just to get feeling back to normal and my chronic pain back under control again. I only wish I’d found out about this poppy tea earlier and this sure would have saved me tons of time, hassle and money! I’m still getting mixed reviews on how to and how not to make the tea. Some say to make the tea with cold water and other say to use warm or hot water to shake the seeds in for preparation. I just wish I knew somebody who could give me the ins and outs and pros and cons of making this tea.
Thanks for your concern and I’m sorry hearing about your grandmother’s chronic pain. Mine is caused from liver cancer and it’s no fun at all having your pain get out of control!
    Thanks again,
    Your friend,

Dont make it with the seeds make it with the pods.

Yep. I’ve actually just located two places online where I can buy poppy pods that are organic. $129.99 for a half pound of pods sounds a bit high and I’m not sure how many cups of tea I can make from a half pound, but I’ll soon find out I guess.
