My experience of this is unusual, in that I obtained drugs on the streets of Amsterdam without paying for them.
The idiot throw the pill down my throat when I didn’t have any money. He wasn’t very happy about that, but I offered to shout “Politie” very loud and see who got into trouble. He took the point.
It can be worth nosing about in the gutter grates (they lift up easily) as often street dealers use them for stash points, but I don’t think that’s likely behaviour from a married body builder…. oh, plenty of people in Amsterdam are Arabs from North Africa or Muslims from Indonesia, and indeed many other cultural backgrounds. Some of them are chemical dealers too. Although I guess there is a contradiction in being a Muslim and a recreational chemical supplier at the same time.
MDMA isn’t the only choice though – quite a few legal “highs” and aphrodisiacs floating around the sex and smart shops.
Yup, ideally, get in the club on the night. Just smile and be honest – “pills please? Extasy please?” should get you hooked up in no time.
Just remember – first time, do half. If nothing happens do the other half. Dutch quality control is usually EXCELLENT, in my opinion.
