TBH these days NL is only the transit country rather than where they are made, the pills no doubt come from the Far East and are brought in with all the other stuff we have shipped in from China and similar nations, so they could equally turn up in areas of the UK with strong international trade links.

From the POV of a dealing network it would be safer to send them to NL where there is a more clued up community of users, leading to less overdoses and health problems and ultimately less investigation by feds.

Het advies is XTC te laten testen. Dan weet je wat je slikt.

From national figures the number of serious medical situations is doubled.

Higher dosage pills give more of a speedy effect than the typical xtc-effect. you can thereby become less social and more introspective.

also the monday or tuesday dip (comedown) is way bigger than from lower dosage of MDMA.

The higher dosage gives a greater chance of brain damage, and problems with work, school performance or social issues.

the advice is to get your xtc tested. Then you know what you are swallowing.

(of course they can get the dosage as well as chemical makeup tested..)

The whole idea of pills is that they can be discreetly consumed in a licensed night time venue without making it blatantly obvious that hard drugs are being taken there, as that is illegal everywhere in the world and will lose the venue managers their license and livelihood.

Even tolerant clubs do not want hundreds of dealers in the place as they will fight each other for turf, and in most nations the Councils have got wise to collusion between venue security and promoters (in my region promoters of EDM events are not allowed to select their own security firm alone, the Police and Council do this!). So most venues in Europe have security arrangements that do not target small amounts for personal use as much as opposed to dealer level quantities.

There is a lot more CCTV in venues compared with the 1990s and yet more watching the streets of every European nation, so “street corner” dealers are easily detected.

At the same time, 5-10 pills is still regarded as a personal use quantity in most EU nations and results in a minor penalty.

Also in NL is that the punishment for being caught with pills is a fine as well as arrest and caution/warning which is proportionate to how many the offender is caught with, so when there is a fairly sensible drug culture it makes further sense to have less pills around but stronger ones..
