if you are going from the UK to another EU country most other nations apart from Sweden and perhaps some of the newer Eastern European ones seem to have either more liberal views to local use of drugs than the UK – but at the same time really do not like smugglers bringing stuff in. Being on prescribed meds doesn’t cut much ice as health authority workers know a lot of folk have ended up on these through their recreational drug use. They also have feds reading forums like this as they know the British or the broader “english speaking” community inspired by Britain are not the best behaved and will try stunts like this.
At the same far better drugs than AMT (which is rough on the stomach) and 6-APB (an imitation of early 1990s pills which became unpopular due to rough comedowns and fatal ODs) are available in most EU countries at street level especially in nightlife areas popular with tourists.
the EU has its faults but by and large the balance struck between individual freedom, national sovereignty and the right to travel without excessive bordercontrols isn’t a bad one in comparison with other nations. you’d be better off accepting the drug laws in the country you are going to but perhaps going to a neighbouring one with more liberal ideas to party, which is what Europeans do all the time 😉
