If you do a CWE right there is very little paracetamol left in, but there will still be binders and fillers and shite, just it won’t destroy your liver..
I think codeine is sensitive to heat & light so you’d have to leave it on a dish in a dark place for a long time but yeah i’ve heard of people doing this before
