  • I haven’t done K in about 2 months now, but last time I did it, after I did a 250mg I was just chilling listening to music for a bit and..

I don’t understand why people take K at parties? It makes music sound horrible.. I couldn’t hear half the song. Not because of loudness or anything, I think I had the music pretty loud, but it just didn’t seem to exist? There was no bass and what I could hear sounded real.. messed up. I know that K reduces the frequencies you can hear so.

Just wondered why people take it in a place you’re supposed to be enjoying the music in? Confuses me lol..

I feel the same, it made me completly ignore the music, I almost forgot what I was listning to, I was so away with the K fairys.

For me it was because I enjoyed the K more than the music, though if you get the dose right I find it can enhance the music.

I’ve always considered the rise of ketamine use and that of the popularity dubstep to be extremely closely related.

Not a party drug in large doses in my opinion. If you’re aiming for the hole I’d rather do it in my own home, or at least a setting where I won’t get thrown out for being too messy, and preferably with few people about. Smaller doses though I find make me more sociable (granted I’ll chat complete gobbledegook) and I enjoy venturing about with the ‘moon boots’ feeling.

Can’t say on high or low doses my perception of music is really altered, unless of course I’ve put myself in another world where the music is unperceivable. Saying that though on low doses I do enjoy wobbly music to accompany the sensation. All other music though I find goes unnoticed or sounds normal (not enhanced or distorted in any way).

Techno and hard trance are good on ketamine but then again i don’t become a dribbling zombie and i get more of a energy buzz almost. bopping side to side or in the mosh is great. but tbh i think ketamine on your own going into the astral plane is the best or watch a movie or something is fun. its not good for fully appreciating the music, but either way a party is about having a good time. i don’t do mdma much any more mostly just K at a party and im at the dance floor more then anyone but i love dancing more then drugs lol.

Meh maybe its just me then but I don’t enjoy K anyway lol. Just one of the main effects I like in a drug is increased music appreciation, hence why I used to be bang on meph.

    i just love getting wonky

yeah for sure, we each have our own preferences, and each drug effects us differantly. all about finding what suits you.

why do k at a party when you could be having just as much fun on your own?

i love md + lil bit of k… mmmmm lol. but i couldnt go to a party (or anywhere really lol) and have k playing the leading role. its not social enough and you tend to move your limbs in a less graceful way

i have survived whole raves with nothing but K and booze in my blood stream and danced all night. Trust me mate, as soon as I have a little bump of klecto i’m all over the dancefloor/dance grass travolta style.

You are right though it does reduce the power of what freqs the human ear can hear but it als reduces your vision, and pretty much all motor skills. I still vote that it is a great drug to have a a party although it is better o have some MDMA or acid or anything really to get your body pumped up and ready for the power hours.

I wish I still had this video someone made up woodingdean that shows me at the front of the rig all k’d up hardly moving. TBH I was so sure I was full on bopping away but the video shows different 🙁

It used to be on youtube I think, or maybe t was a myspace thing. Seach for woodingdean, pipedown brighton and maybe you will find it but i am having not luck 🙁

Both songs may be a bit on the commercial side but they’re wonkalific tunes in my opinion. Just hearing them makes me want to take my clothes off, sniff some K, smother myself in Vaseline and pretend to be a slug.

Oh this has turned into a post some k songs thread has it.

You guys should check out the actual youtube channel, they have posed the whole cattalogue on there so you can play them all (like a good portion of the track anyway)

I remember thoroughly enjoying this tune while it was kicking in, but once it fully kicked in an I was in a voyage to the k hole it turned all music crappy
