Do you use cocaine or crack on a regular basis?
Are you healthy?
Are you aged between 20 – 50 years old?
Would you be able to spend 7 hours on 3 separate occasions in Cambridge?
If yes researchers at the University of Cambridge would like to hear from you. We would like to see whether a licensed medication could improve your self-control abilities.
The study will involve an initial health check, questionnaires, computerised tasks, brain scans and samples of blood and urine.
All information will be kept strictly confidential, you will be compensated for your time, provided with food, reimbursed travel expenses and receive a picture of your brain.
For more information contact the research team on 01223 760665 or addcam@hermes.cam.ac.uk.
Hi AddCam, could you tell me what this “Licensed medication” is please? I wouldn’t consider taking part unless I knew exactly what you’d expect me to ingest.
Can I just get a picture of my brain without taking part? I’ll happily snort coke for it.

I wonder how you measure those before ingesting your drugs and after?
I mean, logically, you would have to observe the user under the effects of cocaine and see if you’re wonder product affects them, if at all.
I like how he/she hits out there with the casual coke and crack user… how about crystal meth will that do?

This makes no sense
i have a solution also… i call it ‘the 1 step guide of how to stop putting your penis in a hornets nest.’
step 1 …
@ mrfader.. you don’t need to know ingredients… the license is all you need to know. you should learn to be more trusting, these people are trying to help you
You should consider doing ketamine users also as people find it really hard to stop doing this drug and it sounds like your “licensed medication” is designed to limit hard to break habitual behaviours?

after about 6 months of not doing ANY K it’s easy to stop thinking about doing it completely and forget about it. I was a full on addict for 4 years but i think it was about 6 months of being clean that from then on i never gave the stuff a second thought. quit that shit
