      I’m looking to use drug(s) in the near future and any advice about beneficial combinations would be extremely helpful.
      I know some of you guys are experts.

      Here’s what I’ve got:

      -600mg DXM (Robitussen CoughGels)
      -42.5mg Hydrocodone/apap (total)
      -495mg Concerta (methylphenidate)
      -11mg Xanax/Alprazolam

      That’s what I have to work with. How can I get the best “highs” using these drugs.
      Should I mix? Should I potentiate with other otc drugs like dph?
      I would love to get some feedback shortly so that I can get on it! <3

      Suggestions?

        Save the Hydrocodone & Xanax for the comedown off the methylphenidate.

          Definitely don’t do the xanax or the concerta on the DXM.

            I dosed up with 5 18mg Concerta tabs and it is just start kicking in. We are heading into town until tonight so I figure when I get home I can take my hydros…
            Should I mix hydros/xanax? I never have but I feel like it would be a waste, no?

            Yeah I usually don’t mix anywith DXM unless it’s some DPH (benedryl) to feel a bit more sedated and to get rid of “the itch” …

              Never tried it myself but benzodiazepines and opiates are a popular combination..

                Dxm and hydro would be a good combo. Low dose of both though. Dissociatives and opiates can be awesome together. Ive done ketamine+oxy and 3-meo-pcp or mxe+kratom a few times and its been great every time.
