Sepher, a moderator from Bluelight who was based in the North of the UK, died on 02/07/2013. I am not a regular user of BL (though I do monitor the site and may still have an account there) i found it to be not as friendly as here and sometimes bogged down with arguments, “pseudo” science (or excessive and exclusive use of jargon) and inaccurate info.
However Sepher was one of the good guys on there. I believe he was in his 20s or 30s, in any case a very young age to die.
It is not yet known if his early demise was caused directly by his use of RC’s and I would discourage speculation but at the same time remind any regular users of RCs to be mindful of as yet lesser known risks to their health.
Pity. Good mods are hard to find.
very sad news mate. fuck rc’s, my mate reckons he got sold a gram of mandy at a festival recently and it was 2cb!!!! imagine if he had have done a fat line he could’ve easily been hospitalized, good job he was wise enough to do a little dab to test the effects first since he new it didnt really look right. fucking hate irresponsible drug dealers
Sorry to hear the news man. Sounds like he was a decent bloke too, which makes it even more of a shame.

whats even more bizzare is a gram of 2C* could surely have been divded up and sold for way more than a similar of MDMA (which itself isn’t a cheap substance)…
I think the bigger problem is a lot of dealers are too dumbed down to appreciate the risks and rewards of what they are selling and because penalties in the UK and Europe are relatively small for class A dealing and real violence associated with drug dealing has plummeted (to the point SOCA were complaining it was making it hard to track down middle level dealers :laugh_at:) tend to enjoy the “rebel/plastic gangsta” image it gives over and above treating it as a professional service (even if one not particularly welcomed by mainstream society…)

I know someone who had similar happen but with worse consequences. They were drunk and wanted some flake. Paid £90 for what they believed to be high grade coke. He was an experienced coke user too but unfortunately the alcohol hindered his logic and abilities to think rationally and try a dab test first. Plus with being drunk he didn’t notice it didn’t look right.
Anyway it was a 2C (not sure which one but probably B as it’s the most popular). Him and two mates caned a line. He had a rough time but due to some 2C experience didn’t require medical help. However one mate spent about a week in hospital the other went to the morgue.
