TBH going to SE Asia to get drugs is rather like going to Syria to find peace. (my family are from SE Asian and actually have some Pinoy ancestry)
Yes there are drugs in all these countries but they have harsh laws and even though death penalty is rarely used nowadays compulsory rehab isn’t pleasant. you can occasionally get some opiate based painkillers OTC as “cough medicine” but all these countries are clamping down on “loose prescrition” of this nature.
I work in healthcare company in a liberal European nation and even here supplies every pharm which could also have recreational use are counted down to the last pill/dose, kept secure (I do not have the entry code for that area and cannot go there unsupervised) and unused doses returned to the pharmacy.
