Good Morning peeps, well i still havent been able to get some sleep, what a fukn horrible come down ive now got, i dont usually get them when i take base, maybe i just cant handle it anymore, but thats not what bothered me, now im quite a jittery type of person but last night was unreal my whole body was twitching and i was proper jumping because of it, i still am a bit twitchy but not as bad, i was just wondering if this kind of thing has happened to anybody else as i want to put my mind at ease, :hopeless::crazy: xx
Pretty normal after a 3 day amphetamine binge.
Thats why i thought i would be fine, i usually have a mad binge like i did, and im usually sound, not this time, im putting it down to my age and that its time to pack that shit in, just stick to chillin from now on :wink:x

But after the last few day I imagine it was worth it :p
Had any sleep yet?
No i havent slept yet, but i will later for sure, yes its been a crazy few days, and i did have a good time but im not going to bother doing that again, i really have grow up, and to be quite honest with you, im just not up for it like i used to be, cant handle it lol, well thats my excuse for how fukd ive been today, just dont want to admit that im a wee whitey these days, 😉 x
jumping spasms are normal after a speed binge, i sometimes begin to crash at the end of it and accidently lunge myself off the bed the spasms are so severe lol
Oh thats good then, see this is the first time having come down on base, ive had them with e’s and other things but thats what left me so cocky, yeah the twinges got me worried because my bf was on it too and he was fine, suppose ive been lucky though just starting to get them now, oh well thanks for taking the worry off me, much appreciated :weee: xx

Speed is my least favourite drug, I hope you feel better soon though 🙂 I really dont think people should stay awake for such long periods of time.
Make sure you get lots of snuggles with your bf and maybe go for a long walk.

large companies, especially those who might be profitable but have poor reputations usuallly do not employ people they consider to be too intelligent or overqualified (even if they have previous retail experience), as they consider them to be a greater security risk; there are precedents of intelligent folk getting temp jobs in a company they hate as a way of gaining info to steal high value items or commercial secrets and/or pass them on to competitors or activist groups.
As a teenager in the 1980s I was unable to get a weekend job at the main part of Tescos, yet managed to get a higher paid one selling cigarettes from the kiosk at the front of the same store (these were run by a separate company). I suspect this happened simply because the logistics were more complex than they seem- there were many different brands of cigarettes, sold in various unit sizes and at prices which varied by a few pence, it was very busy and you had to have some skills to correctly operate the cash register (there was no barcode scanning then), pick out the correct brand and quantity and if these had sold out or been discontinued convince those customers (usually elderly) to select other kinds – these kiosks were popular because they stocked more esoteric brands than other retail outlets.
I vaguely remember you had to know which brands needed re-ordering and from what distributors. I was 16/17 then – it is probably illegal now for a youth of that age to sell tobacco products (and most of those brands are now banned under EU law for their high tar/nicotine content). I must have helped finish off more folk than your average heroin dealer (and although my parents disapproved of me smoking and my mum had stopped when she was pregnant with my sister in 1980, they thought it was a perfectly respectable job).
I was surprised at how long some of the regular customers actually lasted, even though a great number of them looked like they had indeed fought and died in three world wars, many were well into their 80s and beyond (some would repeatedly tell me their age and produce valid pension cards, bus passes and other such ID even though there was no requirement for an adult to do so unless they were making a large purchase and paying by cheque, and old folk usually always paid cash and bought the weeks supply at the weekend. Perhaps buying cigarettes and tobacco from an Oriental “person of colour” was still viewed as an exotic and rebellious act, amongst the older generation it was still seen as daring for women to smoke and older married men were usually discouraged from smoking pipes and cigars indoors…
So what should I do GL? Should I dumb down my CV in terms of qualifications and then play it a little less sharp if I ever make it to interview (I think being a little to wordy and knowledgeable is what failed me on my last interview.
People seem to want, dumb caveman-like employees!
Intelligence seems to be more of a drag than an asset.
