Aye up matey, if im understanding you rghtly i hope wot i ramble on about hels:

i was using gbl to come down after a few window sills and it was perfect for the job if taken in very small doses as you dont want to suddenly drop from a height to hard ground. at the hight of my shenanigans i would as a matter of course allready be on the juice/gbl/ aka me julie! so a night out for me would be julie/ drop a window sill this allows you to drink prob end up drinking 5 pints of the black stuff and drop 2 more sills. i did carry with little doses of julie cause i found that it would settle me head and just make me feel in a better place. now obviously the big no no is mixing gbl with booze but i found that wen the sill or mandy takes effect i had no adverse effects from the drink.
i posted a few days back my time with julie and the hallucinations/paranoia etc ive learnt you need to take breaks frm julie 4 week ones wen ya can or if its poss matey hey and for any psychosis use valium it cured all my negatives from julie.
