Hey you are making the 1st step right now :). Recognizing the problem is where it starts. Really you should see a specialist addictions service who can provide support and if needed, prescribe a replacement stimulant to help you come off the stims easier. Also, there are always people here who will listen toyou without judging you. I had a massive amphetamine problem myself and as has the chap above, you aren’t alone :).
