In Europe similar bottles are used in healthcare to collect urine samples for the hospital.
I certainly wouldn’t drink it, and the best place for it might even be the Police Station, Poison Control or a local healthcare provider. Don’t even just pour it down the loo (WC) as thats illegal (contamination of watercourses). If it made you “fucked up” to the point you felt uncomfortable enough not to suggest your friend drank it but to take it home and post it on a website full of people from foreign countries in the hope it could be identified, then selling it without telling you what it is for human consumption is a serious crime anyhere in the world.
what gender was this friend of yours, was the “bar” maybe a more liberal place than my perhaps stereotypical impression of US bars (albeit because of your own TV and movies) where alternative sexualities are tolerated?
