you’re not going to like this but the best way to get a better experience is to lower your tolerance.

personally the most i ever took was 60mg(all at once) without any tolerance and was very up in the school library for like 6 hours and then started to come down a little and got some sleep that night. weight of about 155lb’s at the time.

i’m not going to give advice on a specific dose but i will say be careful and increase dose slowly throughout the night don’t just pop 100mg at once.

I had this same question! I received several diff answers. My tolerance is also up. In my case, it’s been trial and error. No error so far..Lol. Originally I was taking 25mg XR in the am and then dosing with 10mg IR about 3 hrs. later. Used to do the trick. Tolerance went up and now I’m doing 50mg XR in the am and dosing with 40mg IR bout 3-4 hours later may repeat a dose of 10mg IR later in the day if needed. All it’s doing at this point is keeping me up and alert. Not much euphoria at this point. Some, but not like the “old days”. What I need to do, and advise, is take a break and let your tolerance drop. Give it a couple weeks (maybe more depending on tolerance) with no amps and your tolerance should drop and you’ll be able to low dose and get those good effects again. But, anyway…as to a safe dose….I’ve gotten alot of conflicting reports. Some have taken as much 150mg-250mg of Adderall and been find –maybe a little racing heart but that’s it. Others can’t take more than 50mg a day. It’s really a trial program. I take at most 100-110mg a day. I’ve never gone over that and that dose has only been for the last week or so. I plan on taking an amp break. But, on a side note….there are other amp alternatives. I just bought a bottle of ADDTABZ, a legal non script substitue for Adderall. You can take everyday and no tolerance build up. They are supposed to be equal in effect without the side effects. Also there are NOOTROPICs and research chemicals. Just a thought if u decide u wanna quit the Adderall for a bit. I hope this wasn’t too long and I hope it helps. I’ll let u know how the ADDTABZ work out. Also, I found that taking caffeine pills–2 at a time (which is 400mg) also helps with the high. Take 2 every 3-4 hours.
