We are currently studying the effects of substance use and lifestyle on health and well-being. Our anonymous online questionnaire takes around 15-25 minutes to complete. Every participant is eligible for entry in a draw for £30 of Amazon vouchers at the end of the study (email address is kept separate to response). If you would like to participate in our study, we are looking for participants of all ages, genders and lifestyles (but must be over the age of 18 years). We are looking for participants who use substances and those who do not.
