Although its probably inadvisable to take medical advice from a random Asian computer/telecoms engineer and my copy of the formulary is at home rather than work (the new one is in the secure room I cannot easily get access too; they changed the online access code) I’m fairly sure that SSRIs and benzos do not have bad interactions with each other (so you can keep quiet about the off label/RC benzo use).
the old folk get prescribed all of them and opiates by the kilo and they keep on going; ODs are extrememly rare if in tablet form and dosage supervised.
if you are below 80 all that happens even if you do harm yourself or someone else (and don’t end up immediately in prison) is they section you and you get the SSRIs and the medium half life benzos anyway same as the old people do. Whilst I don’t fix people I do fix the computers used by healthcare workers and thus know a bit about the databases used in all healthcare facilities..
