UK government can be sues for the rendition of a Libyan man and his wife from China to Libya and rightly so as to me it’s one of the worst abuses of power I know of. The government has stalled for years and even rejected an offer by the man to settle for £1 and a letter admitting wrongdoing and an apology. The government say if the case is allowed to be heard it could damage relations with other countries but the man deserves justice and I hope he gets it. How we can sit there and criticize other countries that engage in practices like this while we do the exact same thing is a sad state of affairs.
