Party Vibe

I have been using meth for about 6 years but had been clean for almost a year but relapsed 2 weeks ago. When I did it I shot up and the first shot was fine then about am hour and a half later I did another shot and it seriously messed up me up. As soon as it was in I fell over in the chair and then started violently throwing up. I felt like I had no control over my body. I tried to stand up and walk around but couldn’t because I kept passing out every time I tired. It lasted for 2 days and them was ok again. Two nights ago I used again shooting and smoking my shots didn’t affect me like the one but still felt nauseated. I smoked too but felt ok doing that. Well now it’s been almost 36 hours since my last use and I feel very ill. My muscles are very weak and extremely sore. I am having chest and upper back pain and my back where my kidneys are is very painful. I’m peeing blood and can only pee a tiny bit at a time but still feel like I have to go. My body is very stiff also it’s hard to walk and sit up and down because my muscles are so weak and stiff and painful. My heart rate is 111 bpm resting but I feel I’m breathing ok. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? I have never had a withdrawal like this ever and I have used a lot. Could this be serious? I am obviously dehydrated and haven’t eaten as well. Any advice is greatly needed and appreciated. I also have a slight fever 100.9. Thanks for helping
